Standard Package (22% of booking revenue):
- All Basic Package services
- Manage cleaners
- Manage maintenance and handypeople 
- Inventory management
- Listing management
- Payment collection

Premium Package (32% of booking revenue):
- All Basic and Standard Package services
- Marketing and promotion
- Nightly rate management for optimal performance

Additional Offerings (1-time fees, per property):
- Initial Property Listing Setups ($1495)
- Contactless Check In setup ($495)*
